Cupping Therapy is an ancient technique that uses special cups to create suction on the skin, promoting healing, pain relief, and alleviate various ailments.
cupping is left on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes, but may extend it up to 20 minutes. The after-effects of cupping, including temporary discoloration and bruising, are normal and can be mitigated by proper aftercare.
My cupping sessions will always include massage; before, during and after.
